Jaeger Lecoultre Vintage Reverso Rare Dial

  

The Reverso is one of the most iconoclastic pieces of horology! A must have for the vintage collector of fine watches. Here we have a specimen from the late 40s featuring a sharp and clean case and a mesmerizing rare roman numerals dial.

The steel case measuring 23 x 39mm is in pleasing conditions retaining it's lines and still having a clean cover with no inscription (rare). The cabriolet mechanism works well. The dial is in overall nice conditions with a nice ivory tone to it and beautiful painted roman numerals, some aging om the peripherals. The tie like blue steel hand set is pristine. Stunning look on the wrist!

The manual wind JLC movement is running well. On custom made suede strap, really attractive. A lovely specimen of the classic Reverso!
