MEN'S MILITARY 33.5 mm JAEGER-LECOULTRE steel WWII ERA VINTAGE WATCH good condition. MOVEMENT : Original signed LeCoultre high quality 17 jewel, wind up mechanical, Collection original condition. CASE : Stainless steel case , signed.... SIZE : 33.5 mm (not counting the crown), 41 mm long (lugs to lugs). BAND : new, leather 16 mm. This unique watch was kept till our time in good condition. Any defects not mentioned but visible in the pictures will be considered as described. Photos are of the actual watch. The watch in an excellent collection condition will suit as expensive gift, and is a stylish acquisition for any collector, will only increase in value, and is a good capital investment and a work of art that will give many years of pleasure. A LITTLE HISTORY: When Antoine LeCoultre founded a small watchmaking workshop after inventing a machine that cut watch pinions from steel, little did he know that he would capture the worlds attention, making history while continuing to revolutionize watchmaking as the company grew.

Many years, LeCoultre & Cie would produce almost all of the movement blanks for the king of watchmakers - Patek Philippe. Following years of communication and information sharing between Switzerland's LeCoultre and Parisian watchmaker Jaeger, a friendship was formed and by 1937, the formidable Jaeger-LeCoultre was born.
