Produced only for 1 year in 1949. Total movements of this caliber manufactured 5000. 4500 for the European market and 500 for the U. Only the 500 for the U. Market made in a 10K gold filled case!!

Original dial, blue date numerals, day and date and moon phase apertures. Gold filled case 24mm by 41mm in superb condition. Movement: caliber 486/AW, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, rectangular. Very minimal brassing on one of the lugs. Small scratch on another lug. Do not confuse this Rare model with 1980s reissue which was in 18K gold case and which did not have the Day and Month apertures!
