Vintage LeCoultre 14k GF RUNNING Power Winding indicator Reserve WristWatch AUTO
LeCoultre made this model of wrist watch in several versions, from late 40's to much later, and this is an early one, and a better one, with better tear drop split lugs, and 14k GF instead of 10K GF. This is the famous Bumper Automatic, you have all heard of. The dial has yellowed over time, but it is sharp and crisp, and guaranteed original, and really special looking, for the age. And, this is running, and the indicator moves, when you wind it, and when it runs down, just as it should.
The case measures 34.8mm in diameter without the crown, and trhe gold fill is very nice. I really don't see any spots of problems, and there is really not ecven much if any wear on the high spots of the lugs, where there is usually the problems. If you like great condition, and rare, a deadly combo, this could be for you.
